The Hänel Rotomat® storage system located in the production space serves as a material storage for adhesives and edge strips that are on coils. These materials are used in automatic cornice machines during the gluing and finishing process of furniture surfaces.
Materials are stored in custom-made storage baskets. Hänel's multi-purpose conveyors can carry loads of up to 350 kg each — allowing Rotomat® to store more than seven tonnes of material. Clean and space-saving storage with a small floor area distinguishes the Hänel Rotomat® system from many other elevator type solutions. Hänel's dual motor concept ensures smooth and vibration-free operation, minimal wear and compensates for possible load imbalances on conveyors.
The stable and intelligent design of Rotomat® ensures high reliability and long service life. The light curtain slider and the Hänel ergonomic safety switch provide maximum user safety during loading and retrieval operations.
intelligent MP 0 N-S Microprocessor Controller is equipped with a high-resolution TFT display. The numeric keypad allows the user to set Hänel multifunction conveyors in motion. Storage baskets are delivered directly to the pick-up point. Large-sized products can also be stored and picked up ergonomically efficient “goods to the user” thanks to the principle and the vertical carousel concept.
The lockable sliding door protects materials stored in the production area from dust, dirt and unauthorized use. Energy-efficient LED lighting at the pick-up point improves usability and safety. In addition, Hänel Rotomat® creates motivation and a positive working environment thanks to its premium finishes and a design matched to the company's colours — combining modern technology and aesthetic design.
