Sauli is the CEO of Tasa Logistics and his job description includes site planning, customer service, and sometimes installation work, so that he can see how projects are progressing at the sites. Sauli's passion towards the logistics industry began in 1995 when he got a summer job at his father's job sites doing shelf installations. In the footsteps of Taito, Tasa Logistic was established when Sauli founded the company with Anssi when Taito retired.

The best thing about the job, according to Sauli, is the encounter with different clients - serving customers and creating solutions is rewarding. Sauli finds it fascinating to design functional units for customers and install warehouse solutions in interesting locations in Finland's largest logistics centers.

Anssi serves as Sales Director at Tasa Logistic and his responsibilities include not only sales, but also marketing and broad business development related entities. He has co-founded the company together with Sauli and over the years he has accumulated a strong and varied experience in various sales positions. Background can be found in project sales in the construction sector, in the automotive sector and in the construction sector more broadly.

Anssi returned to Tasa Logistic at the beginning of 2024 after the company signed a cooperation agreement with Metalsistem, a respected warehouse equipment supplier. Since then, he has played a key role in developing the company's operations towards warehouse automation solutions, with the aim of providing customers with more advanced and efficient storage solutions.

The forward-looking development has also led to cooperation worldwide with Hänel Büro- und Lagersysteme GmbH, a German company specializing in warehouse automation. Tasa Logistic currently acts as the sole Finnish distributor of Hänel products and a service provider.

For Anssi, the best part of the job is helping customers and building solutions together with them. According to him, a genuine passion for the sales and logistics sector keeps the right work done — and ultimately shows up to the customer.

Miika works at Tasa Logistic as a designer and is responsible for customer-specific design solutions. His mission is to create functional and efficient entities that serve the needs of customers, ranging from large logistics centers to smaller warehouse solutions.

Miika has been part of the Tasa Logistic team since 2021. In his work, he will be able to implement diverse and interesting projects and use his expertise to develop customers' business and improve the efficiency of warehouse operations.

He has a solid, more than ten years of experience in the logistics and warehousing industry. According to Miika, successful warehouse design also requires practical experience in the installation of warehouse shelves and warehouse work — only in this way can one truly understand the whole and design functional, safe and effective solutions.

Miika believes that the best part of the work is the careful mapping of the customer's needs and the concrete solutions built on the basis of them.

- It is especially rewarding to hear positive feedback from customers even long after the project has been completed.

Janek is an experienced and knowledgeable foreman with more than 20 years of solid experience working with warehouse shelves and their installations. He has strong technical expertise as well as a deep knowledge of the field, which have developed through numerous projects. Janek has been responsible for the design, implementation and site supervision of warehouse shelving solutions.

Janek is especially known for his brilliant attitude and excellent sense of humor, which bring positive energy to the work team. He knows how to create a supportive atmosphere and makes sure that the work goes not only efficiently, but also with a good mind. His long experience ensures that every project proceeds as planned and safely, whether it is a small project or a large one.
