Sauli Aijänen
Managing Director
Sauli is the CEO of Tasa Logistics and his job description includes site planning, customer service, and sometimes installation work, so that he can see how projects are progressing at the sites. Sauli's passion towards the logistics industry began in 1995 when he got a summer job at his father's job sites doing shelf installations. In the footsteps of Taito, Tasa Logistic was established when Sauli founded the company with Anssi when Taito retired.
The best thing about the job, according to Sauli, is the encounter with different clients - serving customers and creating solutions is rewarding. Sauli finds it fascinating to design functional units for customers and install warehouse solutions in interesting locations in Finland's largest logistics centers.
Anssi Aaltonen
Sales Director
Anssi works as Sales Director at Tasa Logistic, but the job description includes marketing and much more besides sales. Anssi has co-founded the company with Sauli, but in between there are years and a lot of experience in other sales work. I have gained experience in renovation sales, car sales and the construction industry in general.
Anssi returned to Tasa Logistic at the beginning of 2024, when Tasa Logistic signed a cooperation agreement with Metalsistem, a prestigious warehouse furniture company. Anssi believes that the best thing about working as a sales manager is to help customers and serve them in the best possible way.
Miika Mertoniemi
Sales and design
Miika's job description includes design work for clients. He therefore designs functional units for customers for all kinds of storage. Miika has worked at Tasa Logistic for three years, and in his work he is able to implement a wide variety of interesting projects and bring his expertise to the benefit of customers.
Miika has solid experience in the logistics and warehousing sector as he has been in the industry for more than a decade. The best thing about Miika's work is definitely mapping the customer's needs and creating an effective solution for it.
Janek Kupp
The foreman
Janek is an experienced and knowledgeable foreman with more than 20 years of solid experience working with warehouse shelves and their installations. He has strong technical expertise as well as a deep knowledge of the field, which have developed through numerous projects. Janek has been responsible for the design, implementation and site supervision of warehouse shelving solutions.
Janek is especially known for his brilliant attitude and excellent sense of humor, which bring positive energy to the work team. He knows how to create a supportive atmosphere and makes sure that the work goes not only efficiently, but also with a good mind. His long experience ensures that every project proceeds as planned and safely, whether it is a small project or a large one.
